Song: Waiting for Tomorrow by Mandisa
Have you ever procrastinated? Sometimes we can put off things we need to do for days, weeks, months, and even years. Take time to evaluate what you need to do and start making steps towards getting that done today. God wants us to live our lives with purpose. Are we making a positive impact on the people around us? Let’s not waste any more time!
Maybe tomorrow I’ll start over
Maybe tomorrow I will finally change my ways
Said the same thing yesterday
Don’t know why I’m so afraid
To let you in
To let you win
To let you have all of meI can’t live my whole life wastin’
All the grace that I know you’ve given
‘Cause you’ve made me for so much more than
Sittin’ on the side lines
I don’t wanna look back and wonder
If good enough could’ve been betterEvery day’s a day that’s borrowed
So, why am I waiting for tomorrow?
Why am I waiting for tomorrow?Song: What Scars Are For by Mandisa
It is never easy going through a tough time. God can use those times to remind, encourage, and show His goodness. He paid the ultimately price for our sin and has the scars on his hands to prove it. Thankful for a God who cares and loves us.
These scars aren’t pretty
But they’re a part of me
And will not ever fade away
These marks tell a story
Of me down in the valley
And how You reached in with Your grace
And healed meThey remind me of Your faithfulness
And all You brought me through
They teach me that my brokenness
Is something You can use
They show me where I’ve been and
That I’m not there any more
That’s what scars, that’s what scars are for
what scars are forErase, rewind
Wish I could every time
The hurt, the pain cuts so deep
But when I’m weak You’re strong
And in Your power I can carry on
And my scars say that You won’t ever leaveI see it on the cross
The nails You took for me
Scars can change the world
Scars can set me freeSong: Overcomer by Mandisa
When life is tough cling to the promises of Christ. No matter what you are going through Jesus is enough. You can get through whatever trials you may be facing today. Thankful for a God who hears and cares in the good, busy, and even hard times.
Staring at a stop sign
Watching people drive by
T Mac on the radio
Got so much on your mind
Nothing’s really going right
Looking for a ray of hopeWhatever it is you may be going through
I know He’s not gonna let it get the best of youYou’re an overcomer
Stay in the fight ‘til the final round
You’re not going under
‘Cause God is holding you right now
You might be down for a moment
Feeling like it’s hopeless
That’s when He reminds You
That you’re an overcomer
You’re an overcomerEverybody’s been down
Hit the bottom, hit the ground
Ooh, you’re not alone
Just take a breath, don’t forget
Hang on to His promises
He wants You to knowThe same Man, the Great I am
The one who overcame death
He’s living inside of You
So just hold tight, fix your eyes
On the one who holds your life
There’s nothing He can’t do
He’s telling youSo don’t quit, don’t give in, you’re an overcomer
You’re an overcomerBorn for This (Esther) by Mandisa
Feels like I’ve been holding my breath, trying to still my restless heart
Everything hangs on my next step, finding my nerve, playing my part
I found shelter underneath His crown, found favor inside His eyes
Rock this boat, and I just might drown, honesty seems to come with a price
There’s a time to hold your tongue, time to keep your head down
There’s a time but it’s not nowSometimes you gotta go, uninvited
Sometimes you gotta speak when you don’t have the floor
Sometimes you gotta move, when everybody else says you should stay
No way, no, not today
You gotta ask, if you want an answer
Sometimes you gotta stand apart from the crowd
Long before your heart could run the risk
You were born for this
You were born for thisI’m leaning on the ones before me, my father’s father’s dreams
I’m standing on the top of their shoulders calling the One delivering me
There’s a time to hold your tongue, time to keep your head down
There’s a time but it’s not nowOne step, one move.
Born to trust You.
Made to lay my
Life before YouStronger by Mandisa
Hey, heard you were up all night
Thinking about how your world ain’t right
And you wonder if things will ever get better
And you’re asking why is it always raining on you
When all you want is just a little good news
Instead of standing there stuck out in the weatherOh, don’t hang your head
It’s gonna end
God’s right there
Even if it’s hard to see Him
I promise you that He still caresWhen the waves are taking you under
Hold on just a little bit longer
He knows that this is gonna make you stronger, stronger
The pain ain’t gonna last forever
And things can only get better
Believe me
This is gonna make you stronger
Gonna make you stronger, stronger, stronger
Try and do the best you can
Hold on and let Him hold your hand
And go on and fall into the arms of Jesus
Oh, lift your head it’s gonna end
God’s right there
Even when you just can’t feel Him
I promise you that He still caresGood Morning by Mandisa & Tobymac
It’s a good morning!
Wake up to a brand new day
This morning,
I’m stepping, stepping on my way
Good morning,
You give me strength,
You give me just what I need
And I can feel the hope that’s rising in me.
It’s a good morningSlow down, breathe in,
Don’t move ahead
I’m just living in this moment
I’ve got my arms raised, un-phased
Jump out of bed
Gotta get this party going
I went to bed dreaming,
You woke me up singing
Get up, get up, hey!Now I’m smiling, and I’m kissing all my worries goodbye
Got the feeling, if I spread my wings I might even fly
You are my truth, my way
Give me the strength to say
Get up, get up, get up
Cause it’s a good morning, heySong: “He is With You” by Mandisa

It is comforting to know that we are not alone. There is a season for everything and no matter which season we are currently in He is with us.
A Time to Laugh
A Time to Cry
A Time for War
A Time for Peace
